PGE has been quality accredited to ISO 9001 since 1994 by SAI Global. During this time the company has developed robust procedures and exceeds the minimum requirements of ISO 9001.
The company uses APQP for its major projects. We are constantly striving to exceed the quality requirements of customers. Many of the quality procedures implemented at PGE qualify for other standards like TS 16949 and IRIS.
Quality performance is measured in PPM. Please refer to the graph below illustrating our quality improvement over the last 6 years. Our quality target is 50 PPM.

The improvement in quality is the result of the long term commitment to improve procedures, accountability and production equipment by management. This quality culture is embraced by all levels of the organization as every employee is accountable for adhering to quality standards.
Our late delivery performance is less than 50 PPM.
Our warranty returns are 0 PPM.
